Class 100 cleanroom packaging integrity paired with efficient melt processing parameters.

Cleanroom Packaging

Packaged in anti-static, multi-layer cleanroom-grade polyethylene bags (25 kg / 55 lb net)[cite: 1] encased in rigid, sealed drums to eliminate moisture absorption and particulate ingress.

Processing Temperature

Typical melt temperatures range from 350°C to 390°C (662°F – 734°F). Melt temperature must not exceed 400°C (752°F) to avoid polymer thermal degradation.

Corrosion-Resistant Tooling

All melt contact components (screws, barrels, tool dies, nozzles) must be constructed from high-nickel alloys such as Hastelloy® C-276 or Inconel® 625.

Recommended Extruder Heating Zone Setup
