To ensure a dense, void-free, and homogeneous lining layer, adhere to the following rotational processing controls.
STEP 01
Mold & Substrate Preparation
Equipment and metallic molds must withstand high temperatures and thermal shock. Internal surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and prepped to ensure proper cladding adherence.
STEP 02
Powder Charging & Venting
Charge neat Everflon™ PFA GS40 resin evenly inside the hollow structure. Dedicated vent tubes must be installed on all molds to prevent internal pressure buildup.
STEP 03
Biaxial Rotation & Fusion
Rotate biaxially and heat above the melting point. Controlled melt flow ensures the resin distributes evenly and builds up smoothly along complex internal contours.
STEP 04
Controlled Cooling & Disassembly
Regulated cooling causes the molten resin to solidify and densify into an integral lining. Hot molds must be disassembled exclusively in well-ventilated areas.
Handling & Logistics
Packaging, Storage & Handling
Preserving purity and stable resin properties throughout the logistics lifecycle.

Storage & Handling Conditions
The physical and chemical properties of Everflon™ PFA GS04 resin are not affected by storage time. Ambient storage conditions should be strictly designed to avoid airborne dust contamination and water condensation on the powder when containers are opened.
