PFA Conductive C420
Engineered with a balanced MFI of 10–15 g/10min for ultra-thin wall injection molding, complex micro-geometry fluidics, high-speed multi-lumen tubing, and conductive wire jacketing.
With a high melt flow index of 10–15 g/10min, Everflon+™ PFA C420 fills narrow mold gates, intricate fluidic manifolds, and thin-walled parts under lower injection pressure, significantly minimizing internal molded-in stresses and cycle time.
Uniformly dispersed conductive carbon networks continuously bleed off charge accumulation, eliminating hazardous static pinhole sparks in high-velocity chemical circuits and volatile solvent handling.
Maintains complete fluoropolymer chemical resistance against harsh acids, strong oxidizers, bases, and aggressive organic solvents over an operating window from -196°C to 250°C.
Enables high draw-down rates for ultra-thin wire jacketing, multi-lumen micro-tubing, and conductive film extrusion without melt fracture or surface irregularities.

The ultra-low viscosity of C420 facilitates rapid cavity filling with low injection pressures. It completely eliminates short shots in thin walls and multi-cavity precision electrical/chemical component molds.
Recommended barrel L/D ratio is 20:1 to 25:1 with melt temperatures around 380 °C to 405 °C. Outstanding draw-down capability ensures high-speed wire coating and thin capillary extrusion without melt fracture.
All barrels, screws, hot-runner systems, and mold inserts in contact with molten resin must be fabricated from corrosion-resistant nickel alloys (such as Hastelloy® C-276 or Inconel®).
Everflon+™ PFA C420 is supplied as dust-free, uniform black conductive pellets.
Resin properties are indefinite under dry ambient storage. Protect from airborne contaminants and condensation.
Open and process containers only in well-ventilated facilities equipped with Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV).
