ETFE Powder P4010
Premium fluoropolymer resin in powder form, ideal for applications where materials must be exceptionally well dispersed in an ETFE matrix prior to compression molding or melt mixing.
Specifically preferred for applications requiring materials to be thoroughly dispersed within an ETFE matrix, followed by compression molding or melt mixing.
Inert to most solvents and chemicals while delivering outstanding impact strength, cut-through, abrasion resistance, and stress-crack resistance.
Features a recommended upper service temperature of 155 °C (311 °F) with excellent dielectric retention and a V-0 flame rating by UL 94.

→Processed via conventional melt-extrusion, injection, compression, transfer, and blow-molding.
→Use corrosion-resistant metals with long extruder barrels to heat the resin to approximately 340 °C (640 °F).
→Open and use containers only in well-ventilated areas using local exhaust ventilation (LEV).
→Avoid tobacco contamination to prevent polymer fume fever symptoms.
