Everflon™ ETFE 4030 reduces melt pressure at high shear, ensuring consistent resin delivery across ultra-thin cross-sections and high-speed coating lines.
Unlocks maximum extrusion draw-down and zero-hesitation cavity filling in intricate multi-cavity micro-molding applications.
Achieves smooth surface finishes and pinhole-free continuous coatings on miniature aerospace wires, sensor lines, and medical micro-catheters.
Maintains continuous thermal capability up to 150 °C (302 °F) with excellent mechanical retention and impact strength down to cryogenic temperatures.
Complete inertness to solvents, aggressive acids, and fuels combined with low dielectric constant (2.6) for precision high-speed data cables.

Precision Thin-Walled Labware: Delicate test cassettes, micro-valves, and analytical disposable elements.
High-Clarity Ultra-Thin Films: Cast films requiring uniform thickness and pinhole-free barrier performance.
Processing Techniques: High-speed extrusion, multi-cavity micro-injection molding, and transfer molding.
Barrel & Melt Temperatures: Heating zone between 320 °C – 345 °C (610 °F – 653 °F). Long L/D extruder barrels recommended.
Die Dynamics: High shear thinning permits extremely narrow die clearances without high backpressure.
Tool Metallurgy: Corrosion-resistant alloys (Hastelloy, Inconel) required in contact with molten resin.
Injection Machines: Reciprocating screw injection units preferred for precise shot repeatability.
