ETFE outperforms standard fluoropolymers like PFA, FEP, and PVdF in physical toughness, cut-through resistance, and fatigue endurance, making Everflon+™ ETFE C4003 ideal for demanding dynamic automotive and industrial applications.
Integrated with 15% specialized carbon fiber/black filler, C4003 drains electrostatic buildup instantly, preventing vapor ignition and wall degradation in automotive fuel tubing systems.
Exhibits outstanding resistance to strong acids, alkalis, aggressive automotive fuels, and organic chemicals while supporting continuous service temperatures up to 150°C.
Processes smoothly through standard thermoplastic extrusion equipment, allowing manufacturers to produce high-integrity tubing, multilayer hoses, and precision anti-static profiles with high production yields.

Designed specifically for high-integrity extrusion molding. Standard thermoplastic processing equipment handles Everflon+™ ETFE C4003 efficiently, ensuring consistent wall thickness and smooth internal pipe surfaces.
Pre-drying at 100°C–120°C for 3 to 4 hours is recommended prior to extrusion. The resin exhibits excellent thermal stability at processing temperatures, minimizing degradation risks during long production runs.
Barrels, screws, and crossheads in direct contact with molten ETFE compounds should be constructed from corrosion-resistant high-nickel or stainless steel alloys to withstand high processing temperatures.
Supplied as uniform, dust-free carbon-filled conductive pellets.
Resin properties are stable under ambient storage. Protect containers from airborne contamination and water condensation.
Process only in well-ventilated areas with Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) to evacuate processing fumes completely.
