Formulated with 100% virgin Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) carrier resins and high-shear inorganic pigments. Engineered for aerospace airframe wire (AS22759/16), nuclear instrumentation cabling, and downhole energy lines requiring exceptional radiation and abrasion resistance.
ETFE combines the chemical resistance of fluoropolymers with high mechanical tensile modulus, impact strength, and exceptional gamma radiation endurance up to 200 Mrad.
Engineered with sub-micron inorganic particles that do not compromise ETFE's high tensile modulus (1200 MPa) or tear propagation strength. Meets strict Mil-W-22759/16 airframe scraping standards.
Formulated with specialized radiation-stable colorants that resist crosslinking degradation, embrittlement, or discoloration in nuclear reactors and orbital satellites.
Thermal stabilizers prevent degradation, off-gassing, or screw deposit formation during thin-wall line speeds up to 1,000 ft/min.
Carrier resins matched to standard ETFE extrusion and electron-beam crosslinkable (X-ETFE) grades (MFR 6 to 30 g/10min), providing immediate melt homogenization without spark test pinholes.
Fully verified against MIL-STD-104 Class 1 & 2 and EIA-359-A color limits, supporting custom Pantone and RAL spectrophotometer color matching for OEM harness branding.
