Designed specifically for injection molding where standard low-flow ETFE grades fall short. Everflon+™ ETFE C4010 delivers excellent melt fluidity, allowing seamless filling of intricate molds, narrow flow channels, and micro-components.
Uniformly compounded with conductive carbon fillers to prevent hazardous static charge buildup, making it ideal for fuel system quick-connects, pump housings, and electronics enclosures.
Retains the legendary mechanical strength, stress-crack resistance, and cut-through toughness characteristic of ETFE copolymers, ensuring long-term reliability under severe operating loads.
Resistant to aggressive automotive fuels, strong acids, bases, and organic solvents. Operates reliably up to 150°C continuous service temperature with exceptional weatherability.

Designed for injection molding with barrel temperatures ranging from 300°C to 340°C and mold temperatures maintained at 100°C to 150°C to ensure proper crystallinity and part stability.
Pre-drying at 120°C for 3 to 4 hours is strongly recommended prior to molding to eliminate surface moisture, preventing silver streaks and internal voids in precision injection parts.
Mold cavities and injection screws should be constructed from corrosion-resistant high-grade stainless steel or nickel-based alloys to prevent tool wear and degradation from molten fluoropolymer contact.
Supplied as uniform, dust-free carbon-filled conductive pellets optimized for injection feeding.
Resin properties remain stable under ambient storage. Protect containers from airborne contamination and water condensation.
Process only in well-ventilated areas with Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) to evacuate thermal processing fumes.
