PFA Dispersion D450
Everflon™ Fluoropolymers
Engineered for extreme environments. Delivering thermal stability up to 500°F (260°C) with effortless processability.
Designed to solve impossible thermal and adhesion challenges.
Retains structural and dielectric integrity across extreme cryogenic down to elevated service temperatures without thermal degradation.
Sub-micron aqueous dispersion ensures deep penetration into porous fabrics and continuous, pore-free thin film casting.
Acts as an extraordinary hot-melt adhesive layer, seamlessly bonding PTFE, PFA, and FEP substrates under thermal consolidation.
Non-ionic surfactant stabilization allows controlled thin-layer coats (< 5 μm) eliminating mud-cracking during drying.
