Everflon™ PTFE Micropowder MVP.
Engineered for High-Pressure Lubricity & Polymer Wear Life.
A free-flowing, high-bulk-density PTFE additive engineered with friable 12 µm agglomerates that de-agglomerate down to 0.2 µm under standard processing shear. Delivers unmatched friction reduction, anti-stick surface properties, and extended service life in engineering thermoplastics and severe-duty lubricants.

High Bulk Density. Superior Compounding Efficiency.
Everflon™ MVP is designed with higher bulk density for clean, low-dust feeding and friable agglomerates that produce an intimate blend with host polymer matrices.
⚙️
Friable 12 µm De-Agglomeration
Though supplied as free-flowing 12 µm agglomerates, the particles readily break down under compounding shear down to 0.2 µm, delivering intimate micro-dispersion without clumping.
🛡️
Internal Lubricity & Wear Reduction
Acts as an internal dry lubricant in engineering plastics and dynamic elastomers. Significantly lowers surface friction, eliminates stick-slip, and prevents continuous mechanical wear.
🧪
Severe-Condition Stability
Completely inert to aggressive industrial chemicals, hydraulic fluids, and solvents. Operates smoothly from cryogenic temperatures up to 480°F (250°C) with zero water absorption.
Formulated for Engineering Resins & Severe Lubrication.
Optimized loadings for masterbatch compounding, twin-screw extrusion, and grease formulations.
Loading: 5% – 20%
Engineering Thermoplastics
Compounded into polyacetals (POM), polyamides (PA), polycarbonates (PC), polyesters, polyimides, and polysulfones. Reduces gear/bearing friction and noise while eliminating PV wear limits.
Loading: 5% – 20%
Elastomers & Dynamic Seals
Ideal for fluoroelastomers (FKM), silicones, neoprenes, acrylates, and nitriles (NBR). Prevents seal binding, improves tear resistance, and minimizes starting torque.
High-Viscosity Bases
High-Pressure Specialty Lubricants
Forms smooth, uniform suspensions in silicone, fluorosilicone, and hydrocarbon bases. Increases lubricity and component service life in corrosive, high-load, and high-temp environments.
Surface Treatment
Dry Film & Anti-Stick Coatings
Provides clean-release dry lubrication on metallic and non-metallic slides, chutes, and fasteners where liquid wet lubricants cannot be tolerated.
Technical Specifications & Property Data
Meets ASTM D5675 Standard Specification for Fluoroadditive Powders (Group 1, Class 2, Grade 1 or 2)
