PTFE Free Flow G
A high-bulk-density, free-flowing granular resin engineered for isostatic molding, thick stock shapes, and high-efficiency ram extrusion with optimized lower-pressure moldability.
Everflon™ PTFE Granular Free Flow is engineered to deliver superior cavity fill, enhanced moldability at reduced compaction pressure, and consistent finish.
High bulk density (680 g/L) and larger particle sizing ensure smooth, uniform die filling and consistent flow in complex mold geometries.
Unique resin rheology enables effective preforming under reduced hydraulic pressures while maintaining high mechanical strength and dimensional stability.
Minimizes surface irregularities in thick molded sheets, isostatic components, and ram-extruded profiles, reducing post-machining cycle times.
Total inertness to corrosive chemicals, lowest friction coefficient, and broad continuous service range from cryogenic to 260 °C (500 °F).
Ball valve seats, valve plugs, discs, and high-integrity fluid seals for severe chemical service.
Compression molded heavy sheets, thick billets, and stock blocks engineered for precision CNC machining.
Continuous ram-extruded thick-cross-section rods, heavy-wall tubes, and structural profiles.
Pipe linings, expansion bellows, ducting, piston rings, and high-purity laboratory ware.

Optimized for isostatic pressing of thick sheets and continuous ram extrusion of rods and tubing. Cold compacted, then consolidated through precise sintering above 342 °C.
Condition powder uniformly within the 21–27 °C window prior to molding to preserve free-flow behavior, eliminate agglomeration, and prevent moisture compaction defects.
Meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and EU 10/2011 requirements for food contact. Supplied in clean 40-kg (88-lb) heavy-duty drums with protective polyethylene liners.
