Get to Know Everflon+™ FEP Color Concentrate
Everflon+™ FEP Color Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments, additives and dispersants uniformly embedded in an FEP resin carrier. Our advanced liquid-phase or melt extrusion process ensures perfect dispersion for consistent batch-to-batch quality. It can be let down with natural FEP resin during processing to achieve a seamless integration without deteriorating the key properties of the base material. We also have RoHS and REACH compliant products free of heavy metals to meet requirements of sensitive applications such as food-contact and medical components.
How We Work with You
We combine long experience in pigment technology and fluoropolymer compounding to deliver masterbatches that balance color, performance and durability. Our services include:
Standard color ranges: MIL shades, RAL shades and customer custom colors.
Pigment concentration: commonly 2%–10% depending on target shade and application.
Available in multiple melt flow ranges (MFR) to match injection, extrusion or film processes.

| Features | Exceptional Chemical Resistance: Resistant to most strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents, ideal for extreme environments of chemical processing and semiconductor manufacturing. Excellent Thermal Stability: Suitable for use over a wide range of temperatures from as low as -200°C to as high as 200°C for continuous operation, up to 260°C for short-term exposure. Premium Electrical Insulation: Low dielectric constant (≤ 2.15), ensuring its superior insulative qualities, this feature is indispensable for the insulation of high-frequency 5G communication and high-speed data transmission cables. High Mechanical Strength: FEP Masterbatch demonstrates high toughness and impact resistance, with break elongation of ≥ 280% to meet the requirements of complex structural components. Excellent Optical Clarity: FEP Masterbatch is suitable for optical films applications with high light transmittance and low haze, in architectural fabrics and solar panel encapsulation. Superior Processability: FEP Masterbatch also has good melt flow, which facilitates the production process by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding without sacrificing the inherent advantages of the raw material. |
