Everflon™ PFA 410 is a medium melt flow rate fluoroplastic resin available in pellet form. Compared with Everflon™ PFA 420, it offers increased flex life and greater resistance to environmental stress-cracking. Everflon™ PFA 410 is used when traditional extrusion

and molding processes are required for producing products with the superior properties of a fluoroplastic resin. Compared to other thermoplastics, the high melt strength and thermal stability of Everflon™ PFA 410 can be used to improve processing rates.

Everflon™ PFA-420

Everflon™ PFA 420 is a general-purpose fluoroplastic resin available in pellet form. Compared with other grades of Everflon™ PFA, its most unique features are a relatively high melt flow rate (typical MFR of 25) and properties that make it suitable for a variety of processes and demanding end uses. Everflon™ PFA 420 is used when traditional extrusion and molding processes are required for producing products with the superior properties of a fluoroplastic resin. (MFR) of 40, Everflon™ PFA 430 resin is ideally suited for applications requiring a high processing speed and very low viscosity. Everflon™ PFA 430 is a special purpose fluoroplastic resin available in pellet form. This resin has a higher melt flow rate (typical MFR of 40) than most other PFA fluoroplastic resins, which permits higher extrusion speed and easier processing, making Everflon™ PFA 430 a costeffective alternative for producing thin-wall and complicated articles. Unlike other high melt flow rate polymers,Everflon™ PFA 430 is specially formulated to provide a high melt flow rate for processing ease, while still providing good flexural properties and stress-crack resistance. These unique properties, coupled with the resin's high thermal stability, enable thin coatings of ultra-fine wires and injection molding of complex parts.

Everflon™ PFA Dispersion-D450

Everflon™ PFA Dispersion D450 is an off-white aqueous perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) dispersion stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It is a general-purpose dispersion that can be used to impart some of the unique properties of PFA to end products that would be difficult to make using traditional melt extrusion processes. It can be used to coat or impregnate porous structures or to make thin films. It can be coated and melt bonded to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin or used as a hot melt adhesive.

Everflon™ PFA Powder-GS04

Everflon™ PFA GS04 is a premium resin available only as a free-flowing powder. Its most unique features, controlled particle size and size distribution, provide proper flow and fusion behavior in rotational molding process. In addition, Everflon™ PFA GS04/GC is chemically modified to yield enhanced resin purity, lower extractable fluorides, and freedom from other foreign materials. Its surface smoothness is improved by minimizing spherulite size, and its chemical permeability resistance is enhanced by increasing its crystallinity. This product contains no additives and is designed for hostile chemical environments where purity in the parts-per-billion range is needed.

Everflon+™ PFA Conductive Resin-C410

Applications for Everflon™ PFA C-410 include extruded tubing, profiles, and industrialfilm and injection or compression molded articles requiring anti-static properties for linings of components used in the chemical processing industries. Everflon™ PFA GC410 has a medium range melt flow rate (typical MFR of10), and the highest level of inertness due to stable end group polymer structure. The enhanced purity of Everflon™ PFA GC410 makes it suitable for applications that require improved color, lower extractable fluorides, and freedom from other foreign materials. This product contains no additives and is designed for hostile chemical environments where purity in the parts-per-billion range is needed. Examples are in semiconductor manufacture, fluid handling systems for industry or life sciences, and instrumentation for precise measurements of fluid systems. Compared to other thermoplastics, the high melt strength and thermal stability of Everflon™ PFA GC410 can be used to improve processing rates, combining the processing ease of conventional thermoplastics with many properties similar to those of polytetrafluoroethylene.
