Everflon™ FEP 4601
Everflon™ FEP 4601 fluoropolymer resin is a meltprocessible fluoropolymer resin useful forconstructions that require very high stress crackresistance in primaries or jackets. This resin provides theelectrical and mechanical properties needed forlow-voltage applications. Everflon™ FEP 4601 has thelowest melt flow of any Everflon™ FEP fluoropolymer resin. This high melt viscosity correspondsto a high molecular weight that is useful forconstructions with very thick walls, that requireexceptional stress crack resistance, or thatexperience significant thermal cycling.

Everflon™ FEP 4603
Everflon™ FEP 4603 is used in the chemical industry for applications, such as chemical linings, bellows, valve components, pipes, and tubing. In demanding wire and cable applications, requiring a very high degree of stress crack resistance, it can be used as a material for jacketing.
Everflon™ FEP 4608
Typical Applications for Everflon™ FEP T4608 is insulation and jacket for wire and cable in applications demanding a high degree of stress crack resistance. Tubes and piping for general and chemical process industry.
Everflon™ FEP 4610
Everflon™ FEP 4610 is a general-purpose grade and is used in many different applications. It can be melt-extruded, and is used for wire coating as primary insulation and, in certain cases, for cable jacketing. Cables insulated with Everflon™ FEP 4610 have met the requirements of Underwriters Laboratory UL910 Steiner Tunnel tests for installation in plenums without metal conduits.
Everflon™ FEP 4622
Everflon™ FEP 4622 is designed and made to have improved adhesion to copper wire under specific wireline process conditions, low dissipation factor at high frequencies, and significant plate-out resistance in melt extrusion. It is suitable as a solid insulator and as a foamed insulator, when used with an appropriate nucleant in a nitrogen gas injection process.
Everflon™ FEP 4630
Everflon™ FEP 4630 is a melt-processible fluoroplastic resin available in pellet form. It is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, without additives, that meets the requirements of ASTM D 2116 Type II. With a relatively high melt flow rate and excellent electrical properties, Everflon™ FEP 4630 has been specifically designed for high-speed extrusion of thin coatings on small-gauge wires for twisted-pair constructions. This resin provides the electrical and mechanical properties needed for low voltage applications.
In addition, Everflon™ FEP 4630 has a higher melt flow rate than most other fluoroplastic resins. This permits higher extrusion speeds and easier processing, making Everflon™ FEP 4630 a cost-effective alternative for producing thin-wall extrusions.
Everflon™ FEP Dispersion D50
Everflon™ FEP Dispersion D50 is an off-white aqueous fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) dispersion stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It is a general-purpose dispersion that can be used to impart some of the unique properties of PFA to end products that would be difficult to make using traditional melt extrusion processes. It can be used to coat or impregnate porous structures or to make thin films. It can be coated and melt bonded to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin or used as a hot melt adhesive.
