PTFE Liquid Coating
Advanced liquid water-based PTFE topcoats designed for diverse industrial applications. Delivering exceptional non-stick release, superior aqueous stability, and tailored film builds from low to high-build configurations.
Water-based liquid formulations offering easy clean-up with water, minimal environmental impact, and safe handling in standard spray environments.
Engineered for continuous service temperatures up to 260 °C (500 °F), maintaining low friction and chemical inertness under thermal cycling.
Choice of low build (10–20 µm), medium viscosity, and high build variants (up to 30 µm per layer) to suit precise project specifications.
Selected grades (852G-200 & 852G-201) comply with US FDA and EU food contact regulations when used with compliant primer systems.
Engineered aqueous liquid topcoats offering distinct viscosity, solids content, and film build capabilities (Grades 400-200, 400-201, 400-203).
Theoretical coverage reaches up to 10.51 m²/kg (647 ft²/gal) at 25 µm (1.0 mil) dry film thickness for Grade 400-200, ensuring maximum economic yield per batch.
Advanced surfactant stabilization ensures uniform particle suspension, smooth atomization, and flawless film coalescence.
Gently mix 15 minutes or more using an axial flow impeller until homogeneous. Set mixer speed to create a clear vortex while strictly avoiding air entrapment to prevent pinhole defects.
Filtration through a 200 mesh (~70 µm) stainless steel or nylon screen removes micro-agglomerates, guaranteeing uninterrupted atomization through fine HVLP fluid tips.
Formulated for easy equipment clean-up using water. Viscosity adjustments can be cleanly made using deionised water without organic solvent emissions.
Physical constants are averages measured under standard laboratory conditions.
Precision spray parameters for conventional, RP, and HVLP liquid application equipment.
Gently mix 15 minutes or more using an axial flow impeller until homogeneous. Set mixer speed to create a clear vortex while strictly avoiding air entrapment. Filter through 200 mesh (~70 µm) stainless steel or nylon screen.
Use RP, conventional, or HVLP gun. Nozzle: 0.8–1.2 mm. Atomizing air pressure: 2–3 bar (30–45 psi). Apply over recommended primer (e.g., 恒氟隆™ 泰岳™ Aqueous Primer).
Dry coating at metal temperature of 105–150 °C (220–300 °F) for 10–15 minutes to flash off water completely prior to high-temperature baking.
Cure 30 minutes at 380–390 °C (720–730 °F) or 5 minutes at 410 °C (770 °F). For multiple coats: cure first topcoat 5 min at 315 °C and final topcoat 5 min at 410 °C.
Trusted worldwide in high-end consumer bakeware, industrial rollers, chemical handling chutes, and food processing machinery.
Low-build aqueous PTFE topcoats (852G-200) provide flawless food release, scratch resistance, and FDA compliance for commercial and consumer bakeware.
High-build variants (852G-202) coat rollers used in paper, film, and textile manufacturing, preventing adhesive build-up and reducing web tearing.
Smooth, chemically inert aqueous topcoats applied over robust primers protect metal conveyors, hoppers, and guides against aggressive chemical exposure and sticky residues.
