Optimized Aqueous Coverage Efficiency

Theoretical coverage reaches up to 10.51 m²/kg (647 ft²/gal) at 25 µm (1.0 mil) dry film thickness for Grade 400-200, ensuring maximum economic yield per batch.

Up to 10.51 m² / kg Coverage

Aqueous Rheology & Dispersion Stability

Homogeneous Aqueous Suspension & Spray Control

Advanced surfactant stabilization ensures uniform particle suspension, smooth atomization, and flawless film coalescence.

Controlled Axial Mixing & Vortex Control

Gently mix 15 minutes or more using an axial flow impeller until homogeneous. Set mixer speed to create a clear vortex while strictly avoiding air entrapment to prevent pinhole defects.

• Prevents agglomeration and application flaws

Precision 200-Mesh Filtration

Filtration through a 200 mesh (~70 µm) stainless steel or nylon screen removes micro-agglomerates, guaranteeing uninterrupted atomization through fine HVLP fluid tips.

• Ensures flawless atomization through 0.8–1.2 mm nozzles

Aqueous Clean-Up & Water Thinning

Formulated for easy equipment clean-up using water. Viscosity adjustments can be cleanly made using deionised water without organic solvent emissions.

• Zero harsh solvents required for line flushing

Application Method, Drying & Curing Schedules

Precision spray parameters for conventional, RP, and HVLP liquid application equipment.

STEP 01

Coating Preparation & Mixing

Gently mix 15 minutes or more using an axial flow impeller until homogeneous. Set mixer speed to create a clear vortex while strictly avoiding air entrapment. Filter through 200 mesh (~70 µm) stainless steel or nylon screen.

STEP 02

HVLP / RP Liquid Spraying

Use RP, conventional, or HVLP gun. Nozzle: 0.8–1.2 mm. Atomizing air pressure: 2–3 bar (30–45 psi). Apply over recommended primer (e.g., 恒氟隆™ 泰岳™ Aqueous Primer).

STEP 03

Drying Flash-Off

Dry coating at metal temperature of 105–150 °C (220–300 °F) for 10–15 minutes to flash off water completely prior to high-temperature baking.

STEP 04

High-Temp Curing

Cure 30 minutes at 380–390 °C (720–730 °F) or 5 minutes at 410 °C (770 °F). For multiple coats: cure first topcoat 5 min at 315 °C and final topcoat 5 min at 410 °C.

Recommended Spray Setup & Parameters (852G Series)
Gun Type: HVLP / RP / Conventional
Fluid Nozzle: 0.8 – 1.2 mm
Atomizing Air Pressure: 2 – 3 bar (30–45 psi)
Filtration Screen: 200 Mesh (~70 µm)
Equipment Clean-Up: Water / Deionised Water

Industrial Deployment

Engineered for Precision Non-Stick & Aqueous Durability

Trusted worldwide in high-end consumer bakeware, industrial rollers, chemical handling chutes, and food processing machinery.

🍳

Premium Bakeware & Cookware

Low-build aqueous PTFE topcoats (852G-200) provide flawless food release, scratch resistance, and FDA compliance for commercial and consumer bakeware.

📜

Industrial Rollers & Web Handling

High-build variants (852G-202) coat rollers used in paper, film, and textile manufacturing, preventing adhesive build-up and reducing web tearing.

⚙️

Chemical Chutes & Guide Rails

Smooth, chemically inert aqueous topcoats applied over robust primers protect metal conveyors, hoppers, and guides against aggressive chemical exposure and sticky residues.

Storage & Aqueous Shelf Life

Gently mix (15 min at 30 RPM) before use. Shelf life is 12 months at optimal storage conditions: 18 °C–27 °C (65 °F–80 °F). Maximum storage temperature 40 °C (105 °F).

• Water-Based Dispersion: Protect from freezing (Transport 5 °C–40 °C)
• Gentle Agitation Required Prior to Spray Application
Ensure all containers are securely sealed after use to prevent skinning or evaporation losses.
